O Immaculate Heart of Mary,
Queen of heaven and earth,
and tender Mother of all people,
in accordance with your ardent wish revealed at Fatima,
we consecrate to you ourselves,
our country, and all our fellow neighbors.
Reign over our hearts, dearest Mother,
so that we may be truly followers of Christ and His teachings,
in prosperity and adversity,
in joy and sorrow,
in health and sickness,
in life and death.

We want to atone for all our sins
and those of all humanity.
We desire God's blessing on our country and the whole world,
peace between all nations,
with love and justice practiced by all.

I believe in God, the Father Almighty, Creator of Heaven and Earth,
and in Jesus Christ, His only Son, our Lord,
who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary,
suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried.
He descended into hell; the third day, He rose again from the dead.
He ascended into Heaven and is seated at the right hand of the Father Almighty;
from there He will come to judge the living and the dead.
I believe in the Holy Spirit,
the Holy Catholic Church, the communion of saints,
the forgiveness of sins,
the resurrection of the body,
and life everlasting.

Our Father, who art in Heaven,
hallowed be Thy Name.
Thy Kingdom come,
Thy will be done,
on Earth as it is in Heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses
as we forgive those who trespass against us;
and lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil.

O my God, I firmly believe
that You are one God in three Divine Persons,
Father, Son, and Holy Spirit;
I believe that Your Divine Son became man and died for our sins,
and that He will come to judge the living and the dead.
I believe these and all the truths which the Holy Catholic Church teaches,
because You revealed them, who can neither deceive nor be deceived.

O my God, relying on Your infinite goodness and promises,
I hope to obtain pardon of my sins,
the help of Your grace, and life everlasting,
through the merits of Jesus Christ, my Lord and Redeemer.

Recite the Mystery:
O my Jesus, forgive us our sins,
save us from the fires of hell,
and lead all souls to Heaven,
especially those in most need of Thy mercy.
In November and Rosaries for the Dead: The ‘Eternal Rest’ prayer is often prayed in place of the Fatima Prayer during the month of November (especially after dusk on All Saints Day and on All Souls Day) and during Rosaries prayed for the dead, such as at Funeral Vigils. Start by dedicating the prayer.
For our departed loved ones (or state a name), especially for the holy souls in Purgatory, we pray:

and let perpetual light shine upon him/her (them).
May he/she (they) rest in peace.

we seal every person, action or event
in which every enemy wants to harm us.
With the Power of the Most Precious Blood of Jesus,
we seal every destructive power in the sky,
on earth, in the water, in the fire,
under the earth, in the abyss of hell,
and in the World in which we move today.
With the Power of the Most Precious Blood of Jesus,
we destroy any interference and actions of the evil one.
We ask you, O Lord,
to send to our homes and to our work places
the Blessed Virgin Mary accompanied by St. Michael, St. Gabriel and St. Raphael,
and the entire Court of their Holy Angels.

we seal our homes and all those who live in them:
